Refund and Returns Policy

At GlobalBooks.Store, your satisfaction matters to us. We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The book is damaged, misprinted, or not the title you ordered.
  • The item is defective or missing pages.
  • You received a duplicate order due to a technical issue.

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • E-books or digital downloads
  • Books damaged after delivery
  • Books marked as “Sale” or “Non-returnable”
  • Orders with minor wear caused by shipping

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@globalbooks.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Attach clear photos of the book (front cover, damaged area, and invoice).
  3. Wait for our confirmation before shipping the item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days through your original payment method.
  • If your payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), you’ll be asked to share your bank details for a direct transfer.

5. Replacement Option

If a replacement copy is available, we can send it instead of issuing a refund—based on your preference.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged book), we’ll cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return is for other reasons, you’ll be responsible for return postage.
