• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the next working day.
• You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update once your order has been packed and shipped.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (major cities)
• Extended Areas: 7–12 business days (remote regions)
• International Orders: 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance and courier availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or stock availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and total order weight.
• Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain amount (announced during promotions).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order through our courier partner’s website or by contacting our support team.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, missing items, or not at all:

• Contact us at support@globalbooks.store within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number and photo evidence (if applicable).
• We’ll investigate with our courier and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.

6. Change of Address

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately before dispatch.
Once the parcel has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery location.

7. International Shipping

We currently deliver to select international destinations.
